I believe that women were created to birth and nurture their babies. I am there to help you make any and all decisions in an informed way. A woman is special and sacred and should be cared for while she is preparing and caring for her baby. I live a holistic life and believe I bring those features into my doula world as well.
After becoming a doula and having 2 kids, I started to realize I wasn't taking care of myself anymore. That is when I discovered Beachbody. I used their programs to get back into shape and start taking care of myself again. However, I just wasn't feeling like I was getting everything out of life. I decided to go back to school to work on my basics for Nursing School. My goal is to get my Master's Degree and become a Certified Nurse Midwife. To get everything accomplished in life I would need the energy and motivation to keep pushing through. Enter Pruvit and Ketones. While taking a diet and nutrition class in school I learned about Ketones and how our body uses them. Then I saw that Shelley Hobbs, a woman I have admired for a long time, was selling Ketones and talked about how they had changed her life. I purchased a 5 day experience pack and tried them out. After just 2 days of Ketones I felt amazing and had to order more. That is when I discovered the power of living not only a fit life, but eating a healthy Keto diet and having tons of energy and feeling amazing in my body and doing life! |
I am Bethany Loper. I live in Fayetteville, Tx with my husband and our two sons. I am a multi-passionate and with that comes my love of helping others. Living a healthy and fit lifestyle, running a business, working a job, going to school, running a farm and raising a family is what life is all about for me.
I became interested in the birth world shortly after I became pregnant with my second son. I knew I wanted a home birth and something completely different from the hospital birth of my first. After the amazing experience of giving birth in water in my own home, I knew I wanted to help others experience the same thing. I am very passionate about helping others throughout their entire pregnancy and postpartum. Today I am sleeping great, I have energy and motivation to do anything, my brain is on fire and I am at my goal weight! It's amazing just how great I feel. Pruvit and Ketones have given me my life back. I am happier than ever and accomplishing new goals daily. Pruvit also gave me a keto-coach that helped show me the way. All of it has been so helpful that I decided to become a Pruvit Promoter myself to be able to help others. I want to share this with people and show them just how awesome they can feel. I want to help them identify their goals, get on track and achieve those goals! I know there are people out there like me that want their life to be the best it can be and I'm here to help.
Since fitness is still a huge part of my life, I became a certified PiYo Live instructor and I now share my love of PiYo with the people of my local community. Together we workout, sweat and stay fit. Since I have figured out how to be happy and have energy and motivation, we have gotten into doing the homestead living thing. So I will be sharing our experiences, tip and tricks as we go. Check out how easy it can be to live a healthy and fit lifestyle and have support through it all. |

"The Lesson of the Butterfly"
By Paulo Coelho
A man spent hours watching a butterfly struggling to emerge from its cocoon. It managed to make a small hole, but its body was too large to get through it. After a long struggle, it appeared to be exhausted and remained absolutely still.
The man decided to help the butterfly and, with a pair of scissors, he cut open the cocoon, thus releasing the butterfly. However, the butterfly's body was very small and wrinkled and its wings were all crumpled.
The man continued to watch, hoping that, at any moment, the butterfly would open its wings and fly away. Nothing happened; in fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its brief life dragging around its shrunken body and shriveled wings, incapable of flight.
What the man - out of kindness and his eagerness to help - had failed to understand was that the tight cocoon and the efforts that the butterfly had to make in order to squeeze out of that tiny hole were Nature's way of training the butterfly and of strengthening its wings.
Sometimes, a little extra effort is precisely what prepares us for the next obstacle to be faced.
