PiYo LiveWhat on Earth is PiYo you ask? I'm glad you asked. PiYo is a cross between yoga and pilates. We combine the muscle-sculpting core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength training and flexibility of yoga. These are low impact, high intensity workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and leaner. You will sweat, stretch and strengthen all in one awesome workout. The best part is, there is no equipment needed and your first class is FREE. Check out the sample video....

BellydancingGet in touch with your inner Goddess. Learn the percussive and serpentine movements of the beautiful ancient art of bellydancing. The whole body will benefit from this physical, emotional and spiritual experience. Through movements, meditation and music therapy we will work the core, spine and pelvic floor and experience our creativity and sensual selves. A simple and easy to follow format will be used. Coin belt hip scarfs will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

So who am I?
I am Bethany Loper and I want to share my story with you...
I was first drawn to fitness and healthy living when I started working again after having 2 kids and this time I had a desk job. I first started with Beachbody and the 21 Day Fix program, but soon after I fell in love with PiYo. It has been the best workout I have ever done, so I became certified to teach it Live. From there I wanted to teach yoga and bellydancing and have been working on getting my certification to teach those live as well. |

If you know which class or classes you are interested in signing up for, you can Register Below. Once registration is completed, you will be sent a link for payment or you can purchase your class or membershipbelow
You can purchase classes in several different formats (Payment can be made online below or in person via check, cash or debit/credit)
1.) Pay for a single class - $12/class
2.) Pay for a membership (these prices are for any of my classes, this means you can join me at any Live location or on any of my virtual fitness classes as well - memberships are good for 45 days from purchase)
- 4 classes (one day a week) - $35
- 8 classes (two days a week) - $70
- 12 classes (three days a week) - $105
- 16 classes (four days a week) - $140
3.) If you would like to take classes just at Studio Fit in La Grange, TX (which offers Barre, Yoga, PiYo and other classes), you can also purchase a Studio Fit Membership - $100 for 10 classes of your choice --> HERE
