Payments:
All online payment will be made through the website. Please double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct. I accept cash, check or credit card for purchases made in person. All invoices should be paid within 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

I try to get everything out to you as soon as possible.
My turn around time for my handmade orders is 3 weeks!! Sometimes you will receive stuff before this time and other times you will receive stuff just at the 3 week mark. Some custom orders may take longer than 3 weeks depending on the size of the order. I am a very busy woman with 2 small children to care for during the day also. If you need something in a hurry, say for a gift, just email me and I will let you know how soon I will be able to rush it to you.
For Canada and other countries add 1-2 weeks to the turnaround time for delivery and clearing with customs. If you have any questions please email me.

Make sure you have your correct address when completing your purchase. If you forget you may email me with your correct address, however, if you don't get it to me in time or if I make the mistake of not changing it, I am not responsible, I will however work on getting your order to you, it just may take longer.
I get tracking numbers for every package mailing in the U.S.A. I usually print my shipping labels through stamps.com or PayPal and if you provide me with your email address I will made sure you receive an email that includes your tracking number. Once its out, its out! I am not responsible for errors from USPS, I will help you locate a package and provide tracking information but I am not responsible for replacing it, so for your protection ask for insurance, especially if a package contains a lot of stuff.
For Canada and other countries I do not have tracking number but I do have proof that I mailed your package that I can provide by request. Once I send out a package its out and I am not responsible if it gets lost of stuck in customs.
I aim to please my customers but also take into consideration that USPS errors are not mine and I work very hard to get these out so once your package is out the door I feel like I have completed my end of the deal unless of course there are issues once you receive them...see return policy for those issues.
Diaper Snap Repair or Conversions Payments & Shipping Information:
Payments:
Payments are required before I begin working on your diapers. Once you have decided to have your diaper repaired or converted I will ask you to provide me with your email address so that I can send you an invoice through PayPal for the work to be done. Payments should be made on or before the day you have chosen to ship out on. Your repair/conversion "spot" is not held unless your payment is received.
Requests for Refunds:
Requests for refunds for unshipped diapers made within 24 hours of payment receipt will be subject to a 15% fee. No refund will be given for orders after 24 hours of payment receipt. No refunds on diapers that have been already shipped to me.
Shipping:
Diapers will be returned via First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like to add insurance to your diapers for an additional fee, let me know and I will calculate the USPS fee for you. If you choose not to insure your diapers and You or I do not receive them, I am not responsible for their loss. You may ship your diapers to me any way you choose, but I would recommend using delivery confirmation. Make sure you provide me with your correct mailing address. If you forget you may email me with your correct address, however, if you don't get it to me in time or if I make the mistake of not changing it, I am not responsible, I will however work on getting your diapers to you, it just may take longer.
Custom Orders:
Unused and Unwashed in-stock custom/hand made merchandise may be returned or exchanged within two weeks of shipping date. Custom orders are generally not returnable, but will be reviewed on a case to case basis. Please ensure proper fit by trying on your new products prior to washing. Returned merchandise will be refunded after it has been received and deemed to be unused and unwashed. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All hand made products come with a 90 day warranty against defective craftsmanship. They are handmade with care and love and thus no two will be perfectly alike. Each item is put through rigorous quality control review before being shipped to you, however mistakes can occur. Defective craftsmanship encompasses defective stitching, defective snaps, and defective elastic. All of the other items will be reviewed on a case to case basis.
Listed custom order purchases will be confirmed via email regarding any special instructions. If you are interested in something you do not see on the website, please contact us to see what we can do to fulfill your order. Please keep in mind that custom orders are generally not returnable, but will be reviewed on a case to case basis. Please not custom items are not in-stock. They will be created just for you after purchasing the item and may take up to 4 weeks before it is ready to ship. Should you decide to cancel a custom order, we will refund your purchase price as long as we have not begun work on your order less $1.00 to cover fees incurred by us.
Continuing Guaranty:
Based upon a guaranty received, we guarantee that the textile fiber [or wool or fur] products specified herein are not misbranded nor falsely nor deceptively advertised or invoiced under the provisions of the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act [or Wool Products Labeling Act or Fur Products Labeling Act] and rules and regulations thereunder.

Return/Exchange Policies
All return MUST be pre-authorized. I do not accept any unauthorized returns. You may put in a request for a return or exchange in the form below.
All resale items will follow the return/exchange policy for that particular company.
All Handmade items have the following return/exchange policies:
Unused Items: within 5 days of delivery you may return an item if it is unused, Customer is responsible for shipping and I will reimburse upon receipt of item if indeed it has been unused.
Defects: I strive to make my customers happy and of course want them to come back. So I will do everything in my power to solve any problems, troubleshoot and replace/refund if necessary. Please keep in mind I am a work at home mom and not a big company. I pay full price for materials and do the labor myself so I do what I do because I love it, I don't make too much profit out of it, so please be considerate when making return requests.
For a full refund for a defective item: Claim must be made within 10 days of delivery date (I track every package). I will also ask to have the item returned to me so I can see what went wrong and learn from my mistakes. I will then refund in full plus the cost of you shipping me the defective item.
For Exchange: claim must be made within 30 days of delivery date (I track every package). We will then discuss what has happened, troubleshoot if necessary. I will mail you the same item and if not available another item of equal or lesser value. I will ask to have the defective item back.
Criteria for Returns: I will not accept returns for washer wear. I cannot control how you wash your items so I have no idea if instructions were followed. However, if you feel you are right here feel free to contact me and we can work something out.
AFTER 30 DAYS: Contact me with your case and we will troubleshoot.
I strive to make you happy! I know it can be frustrating to pay for something and not receive the expected quality. Keep in mind I am not out there to rip you off and I am not a big store. Friendly private emails as opposed to attacks on my Facebook wall will get you further. I am a nice person and will 99% of the time put myself in your shoes.
